We are seeking to employ an HR Manager to support our Sorbet and The Body Shop brands. The role will be based in Johannesburg and report into the Clicks HR Executive.
Job description
Job Purpose
To plan, develop and deliver the HR strategy and operating plan in line with organisational policies and relevant legislation in order to support the achievement of brand objectives and strategies for Sorbet and The Body Shop.
Job Objectives
To attract, recruit and place the right talent for the right roles in order to meet business needs.
To ensure the onboarding and orientation of new employees to drive integration into the business.
To co-ordinate and manage delivery of the performance management process, in accordance with agreed frameworks, in order to drive a high-performance culture.
To monitor and report on learning delivery to ensure positive business impact and employee experience.
To deliver a pipeline of competent and empowered talent to meet current and future business needs.
To deliver the transformation roadmap in order to achieve transformation targets.
To manage and resolve employee relations matters in line with group policies, standards and relevant legislation.
To deliver all HR-related annual and ad-hoc projects in accordance with the HR calendar and the group plan.
To build, manage and maintain strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive implementation of industry best practice in order to achieve competitive advantage.
To manage financial, human, and other resources in order to deliver the operating plan and achieve business requirements.

5 years experience in a retail, beauty, or services industry in an HR management role at a senior level.

3-year HR degree or related qualification
