DESCRIPTION / SYNOPSIS: As the HR Manager: Projects, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing various HR projects throughout the organization. This role requires strong project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. You will work closely with HR teams, managers, and other business leaders to ensure the successful implementation of key initiatives, including but not limited to sustainability projects, change management, and strategic HR objectives.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Post Grad or Master's degree preferred).Proven experience as an HR Project Manager or HR Generalist in a large corporate environment.Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Experience in change management, sustainability projects, and strategic HR initiatives.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.Strategic thinking and the ability to translate business objectives into actionable HR strategies.Proficiency in risk management and mitigation strategies.RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage and lead HR projects from inception to completion, ensuring all objectives are met on time and within budget.Collaborate with managers and stakeholders across the business to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.Work closely with HR teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives that align with organizational goals.Translate HR objectives into measurable actions and monitor progress against key performance indicators.Conduct risk assessment and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.Communicate project updates and milestones to stakeholders and senior management.Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.Should you meet the above minimum requirements, please submit your CV and a copy of your ID and Qualifications to ******.
