This company is committed to safety, efficiency, and environmental responsibility, offering a dynamic and challenging environment for professionals passionate about human resources and strategic business alignment.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic HR Leadership: Proactively design and deliver HR, relationship, and leadership development training for senior managers to enhance working relationships and productivity.HR Planning & Compliance: Lead the development and implementation of key HR strategies, including Employment Equity (EE) Plan, Workplace Skills Plan (WSP), Manpower Plan, Cultural Diversity Plan, and Labour Plans. Ensure compliance with all labour-related legislation.Governance & Policy Development: Exemplary execution of HR governance and policy development to support and drive business strategies.Labour Relations & Corporate Representation: Provide corporate representation for CCMA, arbitration, and other liaison activities, interpreting and advising on policies, legislative changes, and IR issues.Talent Management & Succession Planning: Develop and implement Talent Management strategies to identify skill levels, plan for future competency needs, and ensure continuous employee development.Performance & Compliance Monitoring: Monitor labour trends, manage workforce planning, and ensure compliance with legal and corporate policies. Produce regular reports on staffing, labour relations, training, and development.Community & Social Responsibility: Execute social labour initiatives within the communities where the company operates, aligning with corporate social responsibility goals.QualificationsExperience: At least 10 years' proven experience in HR management within the mining industry.Skills: Strong strategic planning, governance, policy development, and labour relations expertise.Attributes: High integrity, excellent relationship management, and a proactive approach to HR challenges.Education: Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.NOTE - We ONLY accept online applications.
