Ensure compliance with all labour-related legislation.Governance & Policy Development: Exemplary execution of HR governance and policy development to support and drive business strategies.Labour Relations & Corporate Representation: Provide corporate representation for CCMA, arbitration, and other liaison activities, interpreting and advising on policies, legislative changes, and IR issues.Talent Management & Succession Planning: Develop and implement Talent Management strategies to identify skill levels, plan for future competency needs, and ensure continuous employee development.Performance & Compliance Monitoring: Monitor labour trends, manage workforce planning, and ensure compliance with legal and corporate policies. Produce regular reports on staffing, labour relations, training, and development.Community & Social Responsibility: Execute social labour initiatives within the communities where the company operates, aligning with corporate social responsibility goals.QualificationsExperience: At least 10 years' proven experience in HR management within the mining industry.Skills: Strong strategic planning, governance, policy development, and labour relations expertise.Attributes: High integrity, excellent relationship management, and a proactive approach to HR challenges.Education: Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.NOTE - We ONLY accept online applications.
