The HR Specialist/Manager is responsible for overseeing the organization's human resources functions, ensuring compliance with employment laws, managing recruitment, employee relations, and supporting overall employee engagement and development.
Onboard new employees and ensure smooth integration into the company culture.
Act as the point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
Resolve conflicts and mediate disputes in a professional and confidential manner.
Administer employee compensation, benefits programs, and performance evaluations.
Ensure competitive and fair compensation practices in alignment with industry standards.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition and human resources
