Minimum RequirementsMatricBCom in Human Resource ManagementValid Drivers License and own vehicleExperience in managing a headcount of 250 500 employees5 10 years experience in a similar roleFull function recruitment, performance management and IRExtensive experience on Pastel Payroll and MS OfficeProcess all Human Resources documentsAssist line management in all matters of an IR nature and represent the business at CCMA as requiredIdentify and arrange any training and development required Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capitalDevelop procedures within the Human Resources DepartmentEnsure legal compliance throughout human resource managementAdd new employees / Update existing employee information on PastelEnsure company benefits such as Pension and Medical aid is calculated and deducted correctly, and payment thereof made to the supplierPrepare and submit tax reports, including bi annual and annual submission (IRP5s)Stay updated on changing tax laws and implement adjustments as requiredEnsure payroll is compliant with regulationsProvide guidance to managers on employee appraisals, feedback and improvement plansForward resumes received for open positions to the appropriate manager in a timely manner
