Our client is looking for an innovative and people-focused HR Manager to drive human resources strategy, ensuring alignment with operational goals and fostering a culture of collaboration and growth.
This role is pivotal in shaping workforce excellence and supporting the organization's commitment to innovation and quality.
Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring the selection of top talent to meet organizational needs.
Manage employee onboarding, training, and development programs to enhance skillsets and performance.
Lead performance management processes, including appraisals and goal setting, to foster continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and best practices in all HR functions.
Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing insights and recommendations on workforce planning and organizational development.
Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
Oversee payroll processes and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and adherence to policies.
Develop and implement health and safety policies to promote a secure and productive work environment.
Manage HR reporting and analytics to provide data-driven insights for decision-making.
Key Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence across all levels of the organization.
Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in HR management systems and tools, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of labor laws and regulations, with a focus on compliance and best practices.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
5+ years of HR management experience, preferably in a dynamic and innovative industry.
Proven track record of driving HR initiatives and delivering results.
Familiarity with workforce planning, talent acquisition, and performance management.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA or HR certification is a plus).
