HR ManagerWell known FMCG company has a vacancy for the HR Manager who will play a pivotal role in fostering a work environment that reflects our core values of integrity, innovation, and sustainability. As a leader in the HR department, the HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role requires a highly skilled professional with a deep understanding of HR management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and legal compliance. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in HR practices, with specific expertise in the agricultural or fresh produce sector being a significant advantage.Duties & ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities:Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract, hire, and retain top talent.Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.Maintain pay plan and benefits program, ensuring competitive compensation structures.Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management, staying current with labour laws and regulations.Efficiently manage HR budget.Oversee the use of HR technologies, including ERS Bios for time and attendance management and Pastel Payroll for payroll processing, ensuring data accuracy and process efficiency.Desired Experience & QualificationRequirements:Proven working experience as an HR Manager for at least 5 years minimum.Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel.Broad knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, safety, and training and development.Demonstrable experience with HR metrics and HR systems, with specific expertise in ERS Bios (or similar systems) and Pastel Payroll systems.Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices.Experience in the agricultural or fresh produce sector is highly desirable.Bachelor's degree in human resources management or related field.Master's degree or relevant certification (such as SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP) is preferred.Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.Package & RemunerationTo be advised
