HR Related Degree Min 6 years exp as an HR Generalist - Middle manager level with strong operational and hands-on skills Experience in a variety of HR skills that may include: Recruitment and Recruitment processes Employee Relations Onboarding Compensation and benefits Maintaining employee records Performance management Conducting exit interviews Coordinate with other HR Professionals Creating people policies and procedures Research new HR trends Conduct employee evaluations Ensure compliance with labour regulations Plan and implement employee policies Assisting with payroll Compliance Employee engagement Handling employee grievances and discipline Manage job recruitment, selection, and promotion Develop and maintain talent management processes Employee retention
