HR Generalist Minimum Requirements: Tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management or related.
Proven experience in a Training and Development role Proven experience with MerSeta & Services Seta Minimum of 2 years experience in the manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment legislation, and industry trends.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with employees and stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrated ability to design and deliver effective training programs using a variety of methods.
Possess the capability to operate individually or as part of a team Responsibilities: Training & Development Develop and execute training initiatives that are in line with the company's mission and objectives.
Collaborate with other departments to identify training needs and create customised courses.
Deliver engaging training sessions using a variety of methods, including in-person, virtual, and e-learning platforms.
Assess the efficacy of training programs and make adjustments as required.
Foster and sustain connections with external training providers and vendors.
Keep abreast of the most recent advancements and techniques in education and training.
Manage the training budget and ensure cost-effective delivery of training programs.
Develop career development plans for employees and provide guidance and support in achieving their goals.
