Guide managers and employees on inquiries, concerns, needs, problem solving, dispute resolution, regulatory compliance and litigation avoidance.
Foster more inclusive workplace climates by driving by identifying and driving effective Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) initiatives.
Provide appropriate counsel and leadership on organization structure and design issues aligned to the functional strategy. Liaise with management on performance and employee relations matters.
Possess a strong business focus and understanding of the internal workings of the motor industry.
Manage day to day HR operational activities including recruitment, HR compliance and employee engagement
Ensure integrity of all reporting data and provide HR related data and reporting to leaders to promote data driven decision making and strategy development.
Qualifications and Experience
The role is an Employment Equity position and suitable candidates must possess the following qualifications and experience to be considered:
8 to 10 years' successful HR experience in an innovative environment, of which at least 5 to 8 years' at a Senior Level
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree and preferably a Post-graduate qualification in HR or Business Management
