Manage day to day HR operational activities including recruitment, HR compliance and employee engagement Ensure integrity of all reporting data and provide HR related data and reporting to leaders to promote data driven decision making and strategy development. Qualifications and Experience The role is an Employment Equity position and suitable candidates must possess the following qualifications and experience to be considered:
8 to 10 years' successful HR experience in an innovative environment, of which at least 5 to 8 years' at a Senior Level A minimum of a Bachelor's degree and preferably a Post-graduate qualification in HR or Business Management Skills and Personal Attributes Ability to work under pressure Team player Honesty / Integrity Reliability Confident Good communication skills at all levels within the organisation Attention to detail Ability to effectively handle challenging situations Business initiative Strong administrative skills Credit and criminal clear
