We are looking for HR Executive within the FMCG industry based in Midrand who has experience with Transformation and dealing with Unions.
Requirements: Matric HR Diploma/Degree Honours degree advantageous 6+ years HR Management experience 5+ years Industrial Relations experience Transformation experience Experience dealing with Unions Responsibilities: Policy development Recruitment, Selection and Appointment Induction Job Descriptions Skills Development Employment Equity B-BBEE Relationship Management, people practices, culture building HR Administration General HR reporting Management of department staff Please note only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
