Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Management: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Remote Work Transition: Successfully transition organizations to remote models, emphasizing operational efficiency and people risk management.
Organizational Culture: Cultivate an organizational culture that champions remote workforce engagement and performance.
HR Operating Model: Design and implement an HR operating model and organizational structure to improve HR process efficiency.
People Risk Management: Manage people risks and support change efforts for successful remote work transitions.
Recruitment and Selection: Oversee the recruitment and selection process, focusing on hiring highly educated and experienced professionals from South Africa to work remotely for companies in the USA.
Employee Onboarding: Conduct employee onboarding and administer HR policies and programs.
Consultant Management: Manage the recruitment and management of local freelancing consultants in South Africa, ensuring productivity and effective performance.
