Employee Onboarding: Conduct employee onboarding and administer HR policies and programs.
Consultant Management: Manage the recruitment and management of local freelancing consultants in South Africa, ensuring productivity and effective performance.
Employee Engagement: Drive employee engagement and performance in a virtual environment.
Day-to-Day Operations: Oversee day-to-day HR activities, ensuring that team members are supported and valued.
