Details of the offer

Purpose
Responsible for coordinating human resources activities related to subcontractors. The HR Coordinator will act as a liaison between the subcontractors and the company, ensuring that all HR practices are aligned with legal requirements and organisational standards. The role will focus on the following areas:

Compliance Management
Sub-contractor onboarding & Offboarding
Sub-contractor Drivers' Wellness
Documentation and record keeping
Risk identification and mitigations

Key Responsibilities

Organise and oversee subcontractor operations to guarantee adherence to corporate guidelines, protocols, and legal obligations.
Conduct regular audits of subcontractor HR practices to ensure compliance.
Coordinate the onboarding process for new subcontractors, including background checks and verification of credentials.
Manage the offboarding process, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with legal requirements.
Conduct driver check-ins (especially those with chronic illnesses).
Address and resolve subcontractor HR concerns and issues in a timely manner.
Identify potential compliance risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.

Skills Required

Post matric qualification in Human Resources.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR compliance environment.
Similar experience in a fleet management environment essential.
