What Youll Do:Event Management: Plan and coordinate exciting company events, ensuring everything runs smoothly from logistics to execution.Communications: Collaborate with Marketing to create and distribute engaging internal and external communications.Wellness Programs: Promote a positive, healthy work environment through wellness initiatives.Health & Safety: Ensure the safety of all employees by maintaining and implementing safety standards and compliance.What Youll Need:A 3-year HR Diploma/Degree or a Degree in Communications.3+ years of experience in HR Coordination, with a focus on events, communication, employee wellness, and health & safety.Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.A proactive, solution-oriented attitude with a passion for social justice and wellness.
