Support company with all HR mattersAssist with recruitment and selection process by utilizing the appropriate & approved process to meet talent requirementsMaintain accurate and up to date HR records & employee filesAssist disciplinary and grievance enquiry participants to maintain fair procedures and substantivenessAnalyse HR data (e.g. exit interviews; disciplinary hearings) and present insightful and added-value reportsProvide HR support to managers and employeesAdd value to line management by assisting them with performance counselling & performance reviewsStrengthen the companys vision, mission and values through OD interventionsCo-ordinate EE committee activities and initiatives ensuring compliance with the companys EE plan and EE legislationBe committed through actions to build constructive employee relations and resolve disputes.Essential qualifications and prerequisites:Matric (NQF 4)HR Diploma or Degree (NQF 5)Min 5 years experience in HR roleStrong communication & interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentExcellent organizational & time management skillsAbility to handle confidential informationProven customer service focus
