We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Clerk to join our dynamic Human Resources team.
In this role, you will provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of our HR department.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job ads and scheduling interviews.
Process onboarding and offboarding documentation for employees.
Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries and provide support as needed.
Prepare HR reports and maintain organized records.
Assist in the coordination of training sessions and employee engagement activities.
Support payroll and benefits administration.
Perform general administrative duties, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
Qualifications and Skills

High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in HR or related field is a plus.
Proven experience in an administrative or HR role is preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
