This people-focused employer has a 750-strong workforce and is on the lookout for a HR Business Partner to join the team based in Stockport. This position is ideally suited to a Senior HR Advisor looking to progress to HRBP level and the scope of the role with develop further over time. At this company, they are not just a workplace; they are a supportive community where your skills and expertise will be valued and appreciated.More about the role:You will help deliver HR initiatives in line with the people plan, working with the Senior HR team to input into strategic plans whilst maintaining an operational HR focusInvolvement in/leading on HR projects and the design/delivery of policies and proceduresThis role offers fantastic exposure to a wide range of HR activities and the opportunity to be hands-on with the operational teams.You'll be an integral part of the supportive HR team, collaborating with them dailyDealing with complex ER issues and providing guidance to the HR Advisor on lower-level ER cases.
