HR Business PartnerOur client, a fully-integrated producer, packer, and marketer in the Food Production sector located in the Citrusdal Valley, Western Cape, is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable HR Business Partner.The HR Business Partner will collaborate with internal teams and industry stakeholders to implement international best practices and enhance operational efficiency.Education and Experience:Relevant tertiary qualification in HR or related field with 3-5 years experienceProfessional and comfortable temperIn-depth knowledge of relevant Labour LegislationAble to act as a responsible spokesperson/ambassador in local social/community environmentDuties and Responsibilities:Foster productive relationships by engaging with operational teams, workers' committee, facilitating conflict resolution, ensuring compliance with labour laws, and driving company cultureResponsible for talent management, recruitment, Employment Equity, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and proceduresFacilitating performance management processes, administering improvement plans, succession planning, and career development initiatives, while providing necessary training and supportOversee the company housing programme, managing various housing projects, developing, and implementing policies in accordance with ESTA legislation, and conducting regular auditsManage employment contracts and funeral cover documentation processesAdminister HR information systems, housing, and leave management, utilizing Sage softwareSalary is market related.Desired Experience & QualificationHR, Agri, Recruitment, ESTA, SAGEHR Services, Recruitment & Selection
