Position: Human Resources Administrator
Location: Stellenbosch
Safari JOBS is searching for a Human Resources Administrator for a very busy, well-established, premier 5* establishment situated in a breathtaking area of Stellenbosch.
Our client is searching for a motivated HR Professional to join their team and drive company policy and procedures. This role will provide support to the Head of Human Resources, be the contact person for all HR related queries, and work closely with the Payroll Supervisor.
The role is responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of day-to-day HR generalist support and service to management and employees.
Due to the live-out nature of this position, our client can only consider applications from Stellenbosch, Paarl, Franschhoek, Somerset-West, and the Northern Suburbs. If you currently reside outside of these areas but are seriously open to relocating, please specify so in your application.

Minimum Requirements:

Clear criminal record and excellent employment track record
A relevant tertiary qualification (Diploma or Degree)
At least 2 years of HR administration experience
Working knowledge of relevant legislation
Experienced in MS Office packages
Working knowledge of SAGE300 (HR & Payroll module) - Non-negotiable
Own reliable transport

Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Selection: Prepare HR documentation (offers, contracts, etc.); Maintain confidential HR records and update electronic employee files; Monitor termination dates of fixed-term contracts and work permits.
Wellness & Training: Schedule wellness and training initiatives; Assist with logistics, attendance, and printing needs; Maintain records for legislative reports and career development purposes.
General: Serve as the contact person for staff queries; Update HR information on SAGE300; Coordinate HR initiatives and order supplies.

Compensation:

CTC monthly remuneration: NEG. DOE & qualifications. Please advise your salary expectation upon application.
Pension fund contributions: Included within the CTC but is voluntary / not compulsory to take.
Uniform provided.

Working Days / Hours:
5 days on (shifts), 2 days off.
