Employer:Sondor Performance Foams
Prportactical working knowledge;
Leave capturing i.e. Sick Leave, Annual, Fam Responsibility etc; Maintain weekly/monthly reports i.e. absenteeism, contracts, HR stats etc.
Administrative input to payroll i.e. Movements, changes, deductions etc. General staff queries. Handling of conflict. Policy understanding, including interpretation and application. Co-ordinate BBBEE data for annual audits. Loading Equity & Skills. Hence Familiar with navigating the MerSeta NSDM system & EE portal. Liaising with TES. Timesheets. Disciplinary scribe & recording. Maintenance of Employee records & files. General Admin & filing. Further development in HR will be part of the role requirement.
