Macmillan Davies have delighted to supporting our client, a specialist in Risk Management, to appoint an experienced HR Administrator to join their growing team. This highly successful business operates across the UK & Ireland and continues to grow through acquisitions.
The role sits within the People Team based in Central Manchester although there will be a need for occasional travel, therefore access to your own vehicle is required.
This is an integral role within the People team and is responsible for the administration of the full end-to-end employee life cycle. Working on a hybrid basis, the role requires an individual who is a competent and comfortable working with high levels of autonomy.
The ideal candidate for this role will be able to demonstrate broad HR administration experience including managing a HR inbox, using HR systems, processing starters/leavers, maternity/ paternity leave and supporting on payroll.
Duties and Responsibilities will include: Working as part of the HR team to undertake any administrative duties to support across the full employee life cycleAssisting with the induction of new startersRespond to HR queries via telephone, email and in personMaintain and utilise the HR Information SystemProducing documents, letters and reports when requiredAdministering company benefit schemes including childcare vouchers and season ticket loansExperience required: Broad HR Administration experience and working knowledge of UK employment lawStrong attention to detail, ability to multitask and navigate a busy workload independentlyStrong communication skills, confident and personable approachProactive and positive attitude, takes pride in your workExperience of using Sage HR would be highly advantageousWhat is on offer?
