An exciting opportunity exists for a HR Administrator at NATIONAL BRANDS LIMITED Isando Biscuit's factory. The successful incumbent will report to the HR Manager and will be responsible for providing general administrative and office support to the Human Resources department to facilitate operational effectiveness and efficiency.

Key Performance Areas:
Process accurate employee information on the time and attendance system (permanent and temporary employees).
Resolve errors that lead to manual capturing of time and attendance.
Administer the weekly time, attendance and payroll process.
Capture (including manual) changes to rosters on time and attendance system daily.
Generate time and attendance-related reports.
Develop and maintain a filing system for time and attendance as well as payroll information.
Load the time and attendance information on the monthly payroll system.
Upload and capture leave transactions.
Ensure that leave is captured on all payroll-related systems.
Generate payslips for employees and managers
Attend to management and employee enquiries relating to time, attendance and payroll.
Administer time and attendance reports.
Provide payroll information relating to the monthly audit.
Escalate and follow up on outstanding rosters, timesheets or any other payroll-related documents.
Check and verify the information on the timesheets and rosters.
Daily receiving and recording of overtime and acting allowance.
Flag and report any deviations against labour control and payroll-related procedures.
Administrate the time and attendance process for TES (FTC).
Ensure that the short time is processed correctly.
Experience:
At least 3 years' of HR administration experience gained in a unionized environment within the FMCG/Manufacturing industry
Solid understanding of the payroll process
Requirements
Matric / Grade 12
Tertiary qualification in Human Resources (National Diploma or a Bachelors' degree) will be advantageous.
Knowledge of BesTime and SAP or any other payroll system.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
