Job DescriptionOur client based in Bryanston is looking for an HR Administrator to join their Human Capital Department.Payroll:Ensure that all overtime, travel claims, any other deductions, etc. received by the payroll cut-offCapture all payroll inputFile all documentationEnsure that overtime calculations are correctUpdate and Maintain HR Reports:Termination ReportsRecruitment ReportsIR ReportsInternship reportsAny other HR reportsRecruitment & Terminations:Credit and Criminal ChecksDraft Offer Letters of appointment and employment contractsEnsure that all documents for the recruitment pack are received and submitted to payroll timeouslyEnsure all documents for terminations are received and processed accordinglyOther Duties:Submit medical aid and provident fund applications and withdrawalsMaintain employee databaseFiling and maintenance of employee personnel filesContinuous engagement with Payroll, Regional Forex Managers, Heads of department and StaffLoansBursariesAssist with information during AuditsArrange meetings/interviewsMedical aidProvident fundDraft employment advertsAssist and resolve daily staff queriesAny other duties required from time to timeCompilation and submission of employment equity reportsExperience with BEE levelsCCMA/IR/ERRequirements:Minimum of 5 years experience in HRPayroll experience is essentialPrevious experience with regard to Employment Equity would be an advantage.Must be Computer Literate (Outlook, Word, Excel)ESS and VIP experience is essentialAt least 3 years experience in IR and CCMASeniority level:Mid-Senior levelEmployment type:Full-timeJob function:Human ResourcesIndustries:Staffing and Recruiting
