An HR position is available in Somerset West to provide operational and administrative support in a successful and highly reputable logistics company.
As the HR Administrator, you will be responsible for the documentation flow through the Group in respect of personnel files, employment contracts, job descriptions, pension funds, leave applications, manpower statistics etc.
Further responsibilities include the maintenance of a shared drive human resources platform, ensuring that the database information is always up to date, as well as dealing with staff queries and advise staff on company benefits and policies.

Onboarding Liaise with Provident Fund service provider Personnel Files Recruitment Management Employee Relations Payroll HR Administration QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS: SA Citizen Code B license and own transport Resident of Somerset West/Strand/Stellenbosch Tertiary HR Qualification Advanced MS office knowledge.
Excellent organisational, writing as well as inter- personal skills.
Ability to work under pressure in order to meet tight deadlines.
Knowledge of employment legislation eg.
Labour Relations Act, Basic Conditions of Employment Act and any newly implemented legislation.
5-7 Years work-related skills and experience.
Available to start immediately or 02 December 2024.
