Jobe Description: Join a leading provider in the heavy haulage and crane hire industry, specializing in Mobile Crane Hire, Rigging Services, Crane Truck Hire, and Transport and Heavy Haulage.
Key Performance Areas: Generate various reports, including overtime, leave, sick leave, and training reports.Ensure all HR administration for new hires and exiting employees is completed in a timely manner and well-maintained for record purposes.Assist with other ad hoc HR duties as required from time to time.Employment contractsWarnings (verbal & written)Disciplinary noticesDisciplinary hearingsSuspensionsDismissalsAssisting employees with all HR related queriesCCMA Preferred Qualifications: Grade 12 Qualification.Must be computer literate (MS Office Excel, Word, Microsoft Outlook).Post-matric qualification (HR National Diploma).Knowledge of relevant softwareUnderstanding of Labour Law legislation. Required Experience & Skills:
2 - 5 years of experience in a similar role.Strong attention to detail.Ability to work under pressure.Good people management skills.High level of integrity and confidentiality.Own vehicle and licence
