The HR Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting TalentSync SA's HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and compliance. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills who can manage sensitive information discreetly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding:

Post job openings on various platforms and TalentSync SA's website.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Prepare and issue offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documents.
Facilitate the new hire orientation process to ensure a seamless integration into the company.
Employee Records Management:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records within the HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
Process changes related to promotions, transfers, and terminations.
Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and internal policies.
HR Compliance and Administration:

Assist in the development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.
Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including medical aid, retirement plans, and leave policies.
Monitor and ensure adherence to South African labor laws and company policies.
General HR Support:

Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Coordinate and support employee training and development programs.
Prepare HR reports and documentation as required by management.
Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR administrative role or similar position.
Skills:
Solid understanding of HR principles, practices, and South African labor laws.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to handle confidential information with a high degree of integrity.
