KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Learning & DevelopmentSchedule training dates in accordance with the Hotel's Annual Training PlanBook & prepare all requirements for venues & facilitators including room set-up, preparation of training material, AV requirements & Food & beverageReconfirm participantsCapture training registers in accordance with Cathsseta Mandatory Grant for Annual WSPCapture online WSP & DG processesPrepare monthly HR & training reportPreparation of new employees Induction Packs & onboarding schedulesAssist with intern programsPresent internal training modules and assist with induction & onboarding of new employees.Remain updated on legislated changes with regards to Skills & development.HR AdministrationAssistance with HR administrationREQUIREMENTS:At least 2-3 years' experience in a similar HR positionHR, Training & Admin Experience (Essential)Excellent command of the English and Afrikaans Language – both written and spokenSound interpersonal and organizational skillsThe ability to work well under pressureAbility to work independentlyOutstanding Grooming and PresentationImpeccable discretion and diplomacyExcellent public relations skillsComputer literateProficient with Microsoft Office ApplicationsExcellent Administration SkillsExcellent Telephonic Communication SkillsAble to work under pressureHospitality experience advantageousKnowledge on BCEA, LRA, Skills Development, H&S & EEQUALIFICATIONS:Minimum Grade 12 (Standard 10)Secretarial/public relations diploma or equivalent tertiary qualification an added advantage.Computer literacy (Microsoft Excel, Power point, Publisher, Access, Microsoft Word, Email)Marketing and Advertising experienceKnowledge of Opera an advantageHR Diploma / Certificate or National Qualification equivalent an advantage
