Key responsibilities include supervising housing committee activities, managing stock records, and liaising with management and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
Youll also handle the upkeep of entertainment facilities, manage waste removal, and oversee environmental tasks like alien vegetation clearance. Were seeking a proactive leader with at least three years of experience in housing and grounds management, preferably within agriculture.
Strong organizational skills, team leadership abilities, and proficiency in English and Xhosa are essential.
Knowledge of labour laws, including the ESTA Act, is highly advantageous.
