Housing Administrator – Wanstead, E11
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Housing Administrator to join our Client based in Wanstead, E11.
Working for a Rent Guarantee Service Provision Specialists, procuring all types of property for Local and Central Government to fulfil their Emergency Housing needs. You will be working as part of an enthusiastic, dedicated and smart working team and have the responsibility for carrying out the administration work for the Business.
The successful candidate must have a proven track record, be dynamic, organised, possess good people skills, and be articulate and ambitious.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Client Communication: Communicating with clients, both face-to-face and via phone/email, to understand their requirements and preferences.
Market Research: Conducting market research to stay informed about industry trends, property prices, and competitor activity.
Administration: Supporting the administrative tasks of the sales and lettings process, including preparing contracts, arranging appointments, and maintaining accurate records.
Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure a positive experience and encourage repeat business and referrals.
Social Media Preparation and Company Reviews, focusing on increasing the company's awareness and image.

The Successful Applicant will need to possess the following skills:

Proven track record in administration is a must.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Strong communication skills.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Proficient IT skills.
Full UK Driving License preferable.
Industry recognised qualifications such as NAEA, NFOPP and ARLA are advantageous but not essential.
Strong at timekeeping and time management.

The hours will be:
Monday – Friday 8.30 – 5.30pm or 9.00 to 6pm
Salary range will be:
Between £25,000 to £30,000pa + Private medical insurance
