Housekeeping Supervisor

Key Responsibilities
:
Oversee and manage the daily operations of the housekeeping team.
Ensure all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
Train, mentor, and motivate housekeeping staff to deliver excellence.
Conduct regular inspections of rooms and facilities to ensure quality control.
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and other housekeeping essentials.
Coordinate with the maintenance and front-of-house teams to address any issues promptly.
Maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards across all housekeeping operations.
Requirements
:
Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or in a similar role within a luxury environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of housekeeping processes, equipment, and health regulations.
