Maintain high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail in guest accommodation.Maintain high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail in all guest areas.Ensure that maintenance service requirements are recorded and reported immediately.Supervise and control the laundry operation in accordance with established methods.Control housekeeping expenditure.Manage purchasing and price control to enable stock counts to be calculated at current prices.Monitor stock control systems of personal bars in guests' rooms, linen, guest amenities, and cleaning materials.Conduct monthly stocktake of personal bars in guests' rooms, housekeeping consumables, and linen.Management of the Housekeeping Team.Minimum Requirements:Minimum 2-3 years of Housekeeping Management experience in a 5* boutique operation.Stock Control Experience.Hospitality and Service training experience.Knowledge of creating SOPs.Computer literate.Creativity.Literacy and Numeracy skills.Fluent in English (speak, read and write).Strong People skills.Strong guest focus to ensure guest expectations are exceeded.Flexibility – adapt successfully to changing situations and environments.Attention to detail.Proactive person with a well-developed concept of the importance of providing a world-class guest experience.Own Transport.Between 3-5 Years.
