Operations: Oversee daily housekeeping operations, maintaining all areas to five-star standards. Quality Assurance: Conduct inspections to ensure rooms and public areas are immaculate, reflecting luxury standards. Inventory & Budget Control: Manage supplies and equipment, keeping within budget and minimizing waste. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and motivate the housekeeping team, fostering a supportive and professional environment. Compliance: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and sanitation protocols in all housekeeping practices. Cross-Departmental Coordination: Collaborate with front office and other departments to ensure seamless guest service. Experience: 5+ years in housekeeping, with at least 2 in a managerial role within a luxury hotel or resort. Skills: Strong client-facing/relationship abilities, attention to detail, time management, and team leadership skills. Proficiency in housekeeping management software is a plus, MS Office non-negotiable.
