Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will allow you to effectively handle guest inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure their needs are met. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will also be essential in managing reservations and coordinating with other hotel departments.Responsibilities:Greet guests and provide a warm and welcoming atmosphereCheck guests in and out, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of informationRespond to guest inquiries and provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractionsHandle guest requests and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional mannerManage reservations and room assignments, ensuring accuracy and adherence to hotel policiesCoordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure rooms are ready for guests and any maintenance issues are promptly addressedMaintain a clean and organized front desk areaAssist with administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls, handling mail and packages, and processing paymentsMaintain knowledge of hotel services and procedures to provide accurate information to guestsRequirements:Previous experience as a Hotel Receptionist or in a similar customer service role preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsA friendly and positive attitude with a dedication to providing exceptional guest serviceWell-organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyProficiency in using hotel management software and computer systemsAbility to remain calm and composed in fast-paced and challenging situationsFlexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidaysKnowledge of local attractions and amenitiesHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality or tourism is a plus
