What you will bring: Oversee Facility Management: Ensure all self-catering apartments and communal areas are maintained in pristine condition, enhancing the overall guest experience.
Manage Operations: Supervise daily operations, focusing on service delivery and compliance with company standards to maximize guest satisfaction.
Enhance Living Environment: Create and maintain a positive living environment for residents while maximizing revenues within agreed budgetary limits.
Coordinate Maintenance Activities: Work closely with maintenance teams to address any issues promptly and ensure facilities meet operational standards.
Implement Best Practices: Develop and enforce policies and procedures that align with industry best practices in property management.
Minimum requirements: Educational Background: Grade 12 or equivalent; a qualification in Hospitality or Tourism is advantageous.
Experience: A minimum of 5 years experience in property management or a similar role, preferably within the hospitality sector.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiar with property management software.
Language Proficiency: Must speak, read, write, and understand English at a professional level.
Skills: Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to interact effectively with guests and team members.
Leadership Qualities: Ability to lead a team while fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical skills to manage conflicts and resolve issues efficiently.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to maintaining high standards in property management.
