Orion Hotels & Resorts (South Africa) is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel General Manager to oversee all operations at our beautiful game lodge located just outside Bela-Bela, Limpopo. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel management, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including guest services, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and administration Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability Hire, train, and manage a team of staff to ensure high levels of service and guest satisfaction Develop and maintain relationships with guests, vendors, and local community stakeholders Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures Monitor and analyze financial performance, including budgeting and forecasting Implement and maintain health and safety protocols to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for guests and staff Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner Minimum Requirements: Grade 12 or equivalent qualification A tertiary qualification in hospitality management or related field is preferred Driver's licence and own reliable vehicle is required.
