Join a high-end boutique hotel as General Manager - you will be in charge of all daily hotel operations to guarantee that guests enjoy an outstanding experience.Responsible for all:Hotel services and daily operations including guest relations, arrivals/departures, reservations, front desk, and housekeeping.Maintenance, revenue management, budget management, team building, and employee development and HR (Recruiting, salaries, staff contracts & documents).Minimum Requirements:+10 years' experience in hospitality.Must be able to work shifts / weekends / public holidays.PMS & reservations experience.Extensive knowledge of OTAs (Booking.com, tour operators, etc.).Attention to detail & strong organizational skills.Proven track record working in a fast-paced environment.Own transport.
