Key Responsibilities:Answer and direct telephone calls.Assist with guest queries and resolve complaints.Manage reservations, including making adjustments as needed.Process payments and compile invoices for guest stays.Conduct daily reporting and handovers.Handle guest check-ins and check-outs.Requirements:Recent experience with Opera System (minimum 1 year).At least 3 years of experience in a lodge reception role.Polite, friendly, and able to think on your feet.Well-spoken and well-presented individual.Strong administration skills.Grade 12 and computer literate.
