Candidate Requirements: Grade 12 A hospitality certification preferred Preferably 1- 2 years previous hostess experience Understanding of restaurant etiquette Experience in managing reservations Team-player Excellent customer-service skills Excellent communication skills (via phone and in-person) Strong organizational skills with the ability to monitor the entire dining and bar area Comfortable in dealing with very distinguished clientele Able to handle a high-pressure environment Must be well-presented and enthusiastic personality Flexibility and Accountability This is a live-out position.
