Requirements
1-2 years' previous experience in a luxury lodge environment
Proven track record and food portfolio
Experience in both the pastry and hot sections of the kitchen
Food hygiene and/or Professional Cookery Qualification
Knowledge of dietary and religious requirements
Good knowledge and understanding of stock procedures and control
Passion for food and personal growth
Team player, flexible and a hard worker
Self-motivated
Guest centric, guest relations, professional and a good communicator

Description
Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef with daily preparations
Ensure that all food is being prepared to the highest standards
Ensure efficient work, focusing on completing tasks within the time available and to the standard set
Assisting with stock control and month end procedures
