Hospital Manager

If you are an energetic and committed General Manager from the Hospitality industry, consider joining our client, a Private Hospital based in Johannesburg.
The Purpose of the role is to establish and manage a world class Hospital and be accountable for implementing, monitoring and managing of the Hospital Operations for the Group ensuring quality care.
Key Responsibilities: Initiate and implement operational activities of the business unit aimed at delivering best patient experience, best outcomes, with cost efficiency.
Streamline the Hospital and drive alignment, collaboration and synergy between the various stream lead and healthcare professionals to provide healthcare services Set goals and standards for the Hospital to support the business plans.
Develop the Hospital's standards based on global and local best practices to achieve operational excellence and quality care.
Manage communication, service providers, projects (where applicable), budgets, resourcing, roll-out and change management as relating to Hospital Operations.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience Bachelor's Degree (Business or Healthcare) Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) 5-7 years within Hospitality
