Essential Criteria:
Speak read and writeItalian (C1 level) together with English

Duties include, but not limited to:
Responding to customer queries by telephone, email and online chats inItalian Language
Handling and taking full responsibility for customer related queries

Working hours:
Monday – Fridaybetween 9am – 7pm (Shifts – 8.5hours per day)

Home based/ Remote
