This role is a 1099 contract opportunity, with care being provided at the patient's residence in accordance with a physician established care plan.
Offers are contingent upon passing a background check.
ResponsibilitiesWork with the patient in their home to provide one-on-one service in a comfortable and familiar setting.Assist with the patients' activities of daily living as well as personal care.Light housekeeping.Meal preparation.Monitor vitals (vital signs, temperature, respiration, etc) according to plan of care.Remind patient to take medication as prescribed.Maintain records and documentation of services.Communication with the patients' family, doctors, and other prescribed individuals regarding the health and care of the patient.Minimum QualificationsCurrent CPR certification.Ability to monitor vital signs.Dependable transportation. $15 - $16 an hour
