That's what makes us Roche.The Opportunity:As the HIV Product Manager & Business Developer, you will be responsible for communicating and implementing the ideal product strategy for our allocated product portfolio. This role will focus on ensuring optimal positioning, profitability, and growth by leveraging market intelligence and trends. You will form strategic alliances with external partners and stakeholders to maximize market penetration.Key Challenges:Product Strategy:Develop and contribute to the product-marketing plan by managing the product life cycle, collaborating with relevant departments, gathering information, aligning with corporate objectives, and implementing strategies as required.Generate and implement new business concepts to support and grow specific product sales through data analysis and approval submissions.Respond to market dynamics by tracking trends, identifying risks and opportunities, developing proactive measures, and implementing them in a timely manner.Achieve targeted product positioning, life cycle management, pricing, promotional activities, and profitability strategies in line with set targets.Product Communication and Implementation:Disperse product-specific information to relevant stakeholders, supporting various business processes through identified appropriate platforms.Implement training on product-specific information by preparing materials, conducting training sessions with the sales team, and tracking feedback.Coordinate internal knowledge sharing and notifications on product developments, gathering information, drafting communication, and distributing as required.Manage marketing, promotional activities (including budgets), and pricing related issues for each product.Demand Planning:Conduct ongoing life cycle product management, including forecasting and phase in/out evaluations, by liaising with medical, market access, regulatory affairs, supply chain, finance, and technical departments.Manage demand planning by reviewing stock levels, preparing forecasts, and communicating with stakeholders.Address bottlenecks and stock-outs by engaging with global teams, identifying solutions, and implementing them with relevant stakeholders.Stakeholder Management:Act as the commercial contact for Roche Diagnostics with the international Roche group on product-specific aspects and market trends.Resolve stakeholder queries and complaints in a timely manner.Build and maintain a strong network of brand advocates by developing and educating stakeholders and conducting discussion groups.Legal and Compliance:Ensure full compliance with corporate culture, ethics, and compliance requirements in all product management activities.Comply with SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment) rules, standards, and regulations set out by Group SHE and local affiliates.Key Relationships that you will leverage in your role:Internal:Medical DepartmentMarket AccessCommercial TeamSales DepartmentFinance, Operations, and IT DepartmentMarketing DepartmentProfessional ServicesQuality and RegulatoryGlobal:Global PlannersInternational Product ManagerSub-region South East Working GroupsExternal:Advertising AgencyOther AgenciesHCPs (Healthcare Professionals)TAEs (Therapeutic Area Experts)KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders)CustomersExternal Business PartnersThird-party providersWho You Are As Our Ideal Candidate:You have completed a University degree in a Laboratory Science, Pharmaceutical Sciences or Healthcare related field.You have at least 4 years experience in the IVD field.
