HIV Case ManagerReference: JHB004758-Dom-2A well-established company located in Johannesburg North is looking for a HIV Case Manager to join their team!Duties & ResponsibilitiesMinimum Education: MatricMinimum Experience: Registered Nurse with HIV experienceRegistration Required: Registration with the South African Nursing CouncilDuties and Requirements includes but is not limited to the following:Member retention and customer servicesMaintain risk profile of members enrolled on Disease Management ProgrammesEnsuring continuous improvement and process improvementProduction of educational material and dissemination to patientsRetrospective review of related claimsDeveloping and maintaining clinical protocols including new drug reviewsWorking with other healthcare personnel within the organisationLiaising with pharmaceutical companiesCompilation of monthly reports detailing programme progress and areas of cost containmentKeep abreast of benefit changesDevelop and deliver educational presentations to employer groupsOther RequirementsExcellent knowledge of Chronic Disease treatments and proceduresKnowledge of Clinical ProtocolsKnowledge of Prescribed Minimum benefit protocols and algorithms would be an advantageMedical aid / managed healthcare experience is an advantageExperience in disease management is an advantagePackage & RemunerationR 45 000 - R 50 000 - Monthly plus including pension and provident fund, medical aid, funeral cover and trauma and disability insurance
