STORE MANAGEROur client is actively seeking an energetic and enterprising Store Manager to become a valuable addition to their team. Your main responsibilities will be to guide and oversee the store's day-to-day activities, aiming to surpass store targets, foster innovative initiatives, and elevate customer service standards to meet and exceed overall objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesSpearhead store team development by identifying training and coaching needs, emphasizing talent management and succession planning.Recruit, administer, and manage performance in alignment with company policies and procedures.Implement customer experience processes to ensure adherence to policies and procedures, encompassing business instruction letters, markdowns, repricing, promotions, visual standards, customer feedback, and general housekeeping.Enforce overall compliance by conducting thorough compliance checks through defined processes.Explore and propose new opportunities to boost sales and enhance brand awareness.Provide feedback on in-store product performance to the support centre, contributing to sales improvement.Collaborate with management on operational action plans, sales performance increase, and store expenditure monitoring based on sales and profitability reports.Authorize write-offs, breakages, recalls, and returns, ensuring effective stock management.Maintain the stockroom's overall upkeep to meet housekeeping standards.Manage stock levels through defined processes to mitigate risks and ensure adequate stock on hand.Accurately receive, unpack, merchandise, and replenish the sales floor to drive sales objectives.Lead and drive the store team to achieve store KPIs and operational strategy, aligning with company values.ONLY Candidates with a Minimum of 3 Years Experience in a Store Management role will be considered.
