Our Client a Global tech firm is seeking a HEC Network Operations Level 1 Support to join their team in remotely on a Contract Basis. The resources will support India and Mexico, Standard working hours are 08:00 17:00 local time of the work location of the respective. A-Shift (A) - S1 0600 - 1500 IST B-Shift (B) - S2 1300 - 2200 IST C-Shift (C) - S3 2130 - 0630 IST Mexico G-Shift (G) 08:00 17:00 MX TIME Responsibility Ensure stability, performance, and security of the HEC network Perform tasks associated with Service Request and Incident Management Processes. Perform lifecycle management / change management activities Work with Network Ops 3rd Level Support on identifying unknown errors Document findings in the Known Error Database (KEDB). Assist Service Desk and Level 1 support staff to incrementally take over more tasks. Experience Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience, working as a network engineer in enterprise production or data centre environments Technical Skills Ability to process more complex network issues with high degree of autonomy Working on monitoring/ orchestrator tools Knowledge of security aspects on systems Other Skills Foundational ITIL knowledge Working via a standard ITSM tools Technology Certification(s) CCNA/CCNP preferred. ITIL certification/s Experience in a customer facing engineering role
