This role demands a proactive approach to managing the full recruitment lifecycle while ensuring superior customer service and accomplishing weekly and daily KPIs.Responsibilities:Recruitment of Healthcare ProfessionalsMeet the needs of hospitals and healthcare providers across the USAOversee the recruitment process for healthcare professionals, ensuring that the right candidates are selected to meet the staffing needs of hospitals across the USEmploy various sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent in the healthcare sectorSourcing Process ManagementDevelop and implement effective sourcing processes to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment workflowContinuously assess and refine sourcing methods to improve the quality and speed of hiresInformation Accuracy and Timely FulfilmentGather and verify accurate information from candidates and hiring managers to ensure job requirements are clearly understood and that candidates are qualified and motivatedEnsure accurate and updated information is captured in our internal ATS system, sales force.Fill open positions within established timelines, adhering to the predefined recruitment schedule and requirementsProfessional Telephone Etiquette and Customer CareMaintain a high standard of telephone etiquette during interactions with candidates and clientsDeliver exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiencyPrompt Outreach to ReferralsActively reach out to new referrals as soon as they are received, ensuring timely communication and engagement with potential candidatesFollow up promptly to maintain candidate interest and advance the recruitment processMeeting Daily and weekly KPIsMeeting daily and weekly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) is a crucial aspect of maintaining productivity, tracking progress, and achieving business goalsMeet targets in line with deliverables candidate submissions, phone time, , quality of candidate, interviews and placementsPosition Closure through Rigorous Follow-UpsConduct thorough and consistent follow-ups to ensure the successful closure of open positions within the target hire datesManage candidate interactions and updates to ensure a smooth recruitment processPipeline/Database CreationCreate and maintain a comprehensive pipeline or database for managing healthcare professionals, particularly physicians, to streamline client management and recruitment effortsUtilize the database to track candidate status, manage relationships, and ensure efficient placement processesProfessional Candidate InteractionEngage with candidates in a professional, friendly, and courteous mannerOffer support and guidance throughout the recruitment process to enhance the candidate experienceTeam support and CollaborationTake charge of recruitment situations as needed, providing guidance and support to team membersInteract well and professional with all internal and external stakeholdersAssist colleagues with complex issues or tasks, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environmentPartner effectively with shared services departments, marketing, payroll and HR to ensure seamless process for candidates and clientsAggressive Position Closure:Demonstrate a proactive and determined approach to closing positionSuccessfully manage and complete assigned recruitment tasks, ensuring positions are filled efficiently and effectivelyRequirements:Communication Skills: Demonstrated excellence in verbal and written communication is essential for effective interaction with candidates and clientsService Delivery: Strong commitment to providing high-quality service to both clients and candidates, with a focus on meeting and exceeding targetsOrganised: Efficiently manages multiple recruitment processes and maintains accurate recordsDisciplined: Adhere to established procedures and consistently meet deadlinesSelf-Motivated: Proactively pursue goals with enthusiasm and minimal supervisionTenacious: Demonstrate persistence and determination in overcoming challengesPersonality: Exhibit a professional and approachable demeanour, fostering positive relationshipsOpen to Constructive Feedback: Accept and act on feedback to improve performance and processesTeam Player: Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve shared objectivesExperience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in an international sales environment or international recruitmentEducation: Undergraduate or graduate degree is an advantage Shift : US shifts (3pm – 12am or 4pm to 1am)
