Health & Safety Advisor

Details of the offer

We are looking for a Health & Safety Advisor to work within Property Services / Social Housing. You must have a minimum of 3-5 years experience with the skills listed below and worked within a similar sector which is essential.Qualifications & ExperienceNEBOSH General Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety (or equivalent qualification) Desirable.Minimum of 3 years' experience in a health and safety role, preferably within the social housing / Property Services /maintenance sectors.Experience in developing and implementing health and safety management systems and risk assessments.Membership with a recognized health and safety body (e.g., IOSH or equivalent) is desirable but not essential.Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Ability to influence and work collaboratively with diverse teams.Skills & AttributesAbility to identify risks, prioritize safety initiatives, and drive a culture of safety.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to train and influence staff at all levels.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with health and safety management software.Self-motivated with a proactive approach to safety management.Salary: £45,000 - £60,000Location: LondonCar Allowance or van / Fuel card providedJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: £45,000.00-£60,000.00 per yearSchedule:Monday to FridayWork Location: In personReference ID: JS1123
