Health And Safety Manager

DUTIES Safety inspections and audits Overseeing safety programs and ensuring compliance with regulations Identify and assess potential risks in the workplace Effectively communicate safety procedures to employees Conduct safety training sessions Continuously improve safety practices in the workplace Development and implementation of safety policies Conduct risk assessments Incident investigation and reporting Maintain safety records and documentation Safety Equipment and PPE Management REQUIREMENTS Matric NQF Level 4 National Diploma (or similar) in Safety Management highly advantageous Minimum 3 years full time experience in the Health, Safety and Environmental field in an engineering/construction environment Knowledge of Health, Safety and Environmental Standards (ISO14001, OHSAS 18001 etc.) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Planning, organising and presentation skills PC literacy, particularly with MS Office
